Pettavel can host afternoon or evening functions with your choice of the restaurant, terrace or private boardroom depending on the number of guests and type of event. Pettavel has a stunning entrance of polished floorboards and contemporary décor. The foyer and cellar door areas are ideal for pre-dinner drinks or cocktail style events.
Experience the flavours of Pettavel’s acclaimed cuisine and choose from four food packages. Pettavel’s extensive wine list features over 150 Australian and international wines. Alternatively enjoy and appreciate Pettavel’s own prize winning, estate grown wines offered in three complete beverage packages.
Get away from the busy corporate life and be productive in a relaxed atmosphere overlooking our sweeping vineyard views. All conferences are tailored to your individual conference needs with the help of our Functions Manager. Day and half day packages are available, as well as the opportunity for delegates to enjoy a complimentary winery tour and wine tasting. Complete dining packages can be designed to your individual needs for small groups wishing to dine privately or larger groups (up to 200 guests) who wish to utilise Pettavel’s facilities.
You might even choose to treat your conference delegates with a helicopter joy flight, taking off from the Pettavel lawn and then sightseeing over the Barrabool Hills, Barwon River, Geelong waterfront and even over the Great Ocean Road. Alternatively your delegates could ride in the back of a luxurious Hummer Limousine for a sightseeing trip with a difference.
We can also arrange transport from to and from Pettavel upon request either by shuttle bus, limousine, stretch hummer or helicopter! If you are looking for a special corporate gift, Pettavel has a collection of gift wrapped wine packs to choose from.

The restaurant is a large open dining room with full glass frontage overlooking our vineyard. It is available 7 days a week for afternoon or evening functions. The Restaurant is ideal for weddings, corporate dinners and parties, seating a maximum of 150 guests.
The Boardroom is a large private room with floor to ceiling glass, overlooking our vineyard. Its versatile décor allows this room to be used for business conferences, private board meetings, weddings or private parties. The Boardroom is an impressive room for theatre style presentations or private functions. The Boardroom is available 7 days a week for private lunch functions or business meetings. Alternatively, you can book the boardroom for a private dinner, party or corporate event.
The Terrace is a square room adjoining our restaurant, which has entirely glassed walls giving you a complete view of our vineyard. This room has polished floorboards and sliding doors for privacy. The Terrace is available 7 days a week for lunch, or may be used in conjunction with the restaurant for your function.
