Each vintage, from Janaury through to May, Pettavel employs a number of staff to assist with winemaking duties in the winery. Working in the modern winery applicants will be involved in grape processing and winemaking procedures.

Experience preferred but not essential.

The Pettavel restaurant team is currently seeking experienced professional wait staff dedicated to customer service.  Strong food and wine background essential.  Mainly day work with occasional nights.  Own transport essential. Casual above award wage.
